Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every garment we ship. You have thirty days from the day your order arrives to send it back for a full refund, for any reason — worn or unworn, any size, any change of mind. Return shipping is on us, and your refund goes back to the card you paid with. That's the policy in a sentence. The rest is the specifics.

Defects, misprints, and damage in transit. If your order arrives with a printing mistake, a manufacturing defect, or damage from shipping, take a photo and email us within thirty days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you'd prefer, at our expense.

Packages lost in transit. If your order doesn't arrive, contact us within thirty days of the estimated delivery date and we'll sort it, either a replacement or a refund. Occasionally a carrier will mark a package as delivered before it actually shows up; give it a day and check with your neighbors and building management before reaching out, but if it's truly gone, we'll make it right.

Change of mind, wrong size, anything else. You have thirty days from delivery to start a return, for any reason. Find your order on your account page or your order-status link, click "request a return," and tell us why in a sentence or two, no essays required. We'll approve it the same day and email you a prepaid return label. Drop the package at any carrier location, and your refund posts to your original payment method within five business days of the shirt arriving back at our studio. We'd rather you have a shirt you love than a shirt in the back of your closet.

Wrong shipping address. If the address entered at checkout is incomplete and the package is returned to us, we'll reach out to confirm the correct address and you will be responsible for the reshipment cost. Double-check your address before you place the order, our shirts are printed to order, and the ship-to address cannot be changed once production starts.

Unclaimed packages. If a package is returned because it wasn't picked up or signed for, we'll contact you to arrange a reshipment at your expense. If we can't reach you within thirty days, the garment is donated to charity.
